I’m in my 60s and have had Covid at least twice. I hope your recuperation is quicker than mine. This last time I felt exhausted for many weeks. I’m pretty healthy generally but it seems to be the case that our bodies don’t bounce back like they used to. Health of body and soul, at least for me, are inversely related.
My body and spirit served me very well in the Andes on the trails in Peru! I’m going to put my money on them to see me through this as quickly as possible 🙏🏼
